The 3 Level MineSweeper presents a unique and intricate adaptation of the classic game, offering players a multi-layered challenge across three stacked minefields. Unlike its two-dimensional predecessor, this version elevates the complexity of strategy and logic, requiring players to think in three dimensions.

Mines are strategically concealed beneath the squares of the minefields, and players aim to uncover as many safe squares as possible while avoiding those hiding mines. Each uncovered square reveals the number of adjacent mines, which encompasses not only the immediately surrounding squares on the same level but also those directly adjacent above and below. For instance, a square in the center of the middle level interacts with eight squares on its level as well as nine each from the top and bottom levels, demonstrating how spatial awareness is crucial to gameplay. Conversely, a corner square will have different adjacency rules, affecting strategy accordingly.

 <li>Presents five varying mine densities: 4%, 8%, 12%, 16%, and 20% (availability may differ by size).</li>
 <li>An in-app purchase upgrade expands options with additional sizes (7x7x3 through 10x10x3) and includes all five mine densities for each size—totaling 29 new configurations.</li>
 <li>Top scores are recorded and displayed on Game Center, adding a competitive edge.</li>

The game's design emphasizes strategic thinking rather than reliance on chance. A noteworthy observation is that if one uncovered square (A) is adjacent to another (B), and their respective adjacent squares overlap, players can infer the number of mines surrounding B by calculating the difference between the numbers revealed by A and B. This principle facilitates solving minefields with precision; even at higher mine densities, most puzzles can be navigated with minimal guessing required in early moves.
